Bold City HR Solutions was founded in 2021 by Melissa Kaster, SHRM-CP in Jacksonville, FL. Melissa has a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. Melissa has close to 10 years of experience in Human Resources and is a Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resources Management. Melissa has experience in all aspects of Human Resources including selecting, implementing, configuring, and maintaining HR technology (both HRIS and ATS). Melissa has project management experience and is adept at process operations and improvement. Melissa has a passion for utilizing technology to streamline HR processes and supporting the use of data to inform business decisions.
